Answer: The regulation in the state of Utah limits us from manufacturing anything over than 360mg of nicotine per container. Unfortunately, that is the highest we can go on 120mL bottles that we manufacture, since 3mg x 120mL= 360mg.

Answer: Lead times vary strictly by how busy we are that particular day. It could be within 10 minutes from when you place your order, or several hours if we are busy. Answer: Yes! We have a 14 day return policy on manufacturer sealed items. We also honor exchanges. If you simply ordered the wrong flavor for example, we will happily replace the sealed item! Just send us the bottle, and we will ship back the new bottle at no additional cost to you. Mixd wants to keep you happy! If you are not satisfied with your e-liquid for any reason, let us know! Answer: Placing an order with us is simple! Here are five quick and easy steps to placing an order with us: First, you want to choose the products you want, and add them to your cart. When you are finished shopping and ready to checkout, simply click the cart icon at the top of your screen. Proceed to the checkout and create an account if you haven't done so already, so we are able to verify your age! Click next, and enter in your shipping information. Lastly, choose your payment method and enter in your payment information. At this point, you are able to click "place order" and you're done!

Answer: Unfortunately, unless you own a vape shop, we are unable to ship to you if you live in Utah. This same rule goes for out of state companies that ship their vaping products to customers that live in utah. The Utah online sales ban is put in place to prevent minors from intercepting age restricted tobacco products. While we don't agree with it, we must follow the law.
